Loose Park in Kansas City is a beautiful Park. It is very well kept and clean. I felt very relaxing walking around here. There are some bridges where you can walk over and even a playground for child… Full review by David82Peterson

I assume dogs may enter while on a leash.

that may be possible. call the kc parks dept. weekdays that probably would not be a problem, but on the weekend it might.
