Traveling from out of state. My kids are 1 (just walking), 3, 5 and 7. We have budgeted 3-5pm one day for North Pole and then returning the next day from 10-5pm (all day) since it is free to do so on the 2nd day. Is this overkill with the age group of my kids? The kids have done a similar amusement park (Tweetsie Railroad in NC) and they did spend all day there easily. I took a look at the list of the rides online already and just hard to judge. Also not sure if there will be long lines in early August.

How long should you plan to spend? Would a half day, about 4 hours, be sufficient? Or a full day from open to close?
