SHELTON, Conn. (WFSB) - Shelton Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle crash with injuries on Sunday. When crews arrived on Bridgeport Avenue around 5:30 p.m., they found a vehicle had rolled over and crashed into a utility pole. The driver of the car was trapped and unconscious, fire officials said.

An injured driver had to be extracted from his vehicle after crashing in Shelton Sunday evening, according to the Shelton Fire Department. Authorities responded to a call at 5:28 p.m. near 333 Bridgeport Ave for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.
